ED Noor: Israel says region’s intense heatwave combined with Palestinian Water Authority’s refusal to approve additional infrastructure had led to ‘old and limited pipes being unable to transfer all the water needed.’ Are they SERIOUS?  How does one “upgrade aging infrastructure” when it is constantly being destroyed? The water war being waged on the people of Palestine has been going on for some time now. The settlers, at higher elevations, are well known for destroying the water of the Palestinian people through every despicable method possible.  I call BS.
