Elor Azaria’s lawyers call manslaughter charge in case, involving death of terrorist in Hebron, ‘arbitrary’ when compared to other incidents.

ed note–Just like the old saying concerning a broken clock being right twice a day, what this Juhadist is saying is correct–this is selective prosecution for a crime that has been committed by others of his same ilk but which received no legal attention.

The question that people watching all of this drama should be asking is WHY the Jewish state is now choosing to prosecute a Jewish soldier for carrying out a Judaicly-based murder that is not only sanctioned, but indeed COMMANDED by Jewish ‘ethics’ and Jewish ‘rules of war’.

2 reasons, both of which originate with the same source, which is an increasingly awake Gentile world–

1. If Israel were to do nothing after the video of this horrific act of religious barbarism were broadcast across the entire globe, then suddenly, all those stereotypes concerning Israel and Judaic behavior–which groups such as the ADL et al have spent billions of dollars trying to erase from the collective conscience of Gentiledom–would then spring back to life, and Gentiles–realizing what kind of predators and carnivores they have living in their midst–would begin doing what any healthy immune system would do, which is to deal rationally and reasonably with what is a clear and present danger, not only to themselves as individuals, but as well in terms of their respective Gentile societies.

2. By Israel going through the ‘legal’ process with regards to this murderer, she creates the illusion that she is a ‘nation of laws’ and functions on the same level as countries in the West, where a judicial process takes place and where the guilty are charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced.

In sum, the last thing that organized Jewish interests can afford to have take place is for Gentiles to begin grasping en masse the message that websites such as this and others give on a daily basis, which is that these humanoids and their backwards, barbaric religious mindset pose the most serious threat to the continued survival of the human species ever witnessed in human history.

The lawyers for Elor Azaria, the Kfir Brigade soldier who shot a wounded and disarmed Palestinian assailant in Hebron in March, submitted their response Tuesday to their client’s manslaughter indictment. They argue that similar cases in the past resulted in a mere rebuke, and thus the current charge amounts to discrimination. The lawyers also say that it is not clear whether the shot the soldier fired at the terrorist’s head is actually what killed him.

In the military court in Jaffa, Azaria’s lawyers cited two cases which they say were similar to this incident, but were not prosecuted: the shooting last July by Binyamin Brigade Commander Yisrael Shomer of a 17-year-old who threw rocks and fled, and the shooting by a police volunteer of the terrorist in the Jaffa terror attack in early March.

The military prosecutor, Lt. Col. (res.) Nadav Weisman, asserted that the cases are not alike. “Neither of the cases cited by the defense is at all similar [to the one at hand]. It is different from the incident where the arrest procedure of a suspect is in progress (Shomer), or in cases where no clear determination has been made (Jaffa),” Weisman responded, adding, “We are not talking about some trivial, borderline offense for which there is this or that type of enforcement policy, or under-enforcement. This is manslaughter. When there is evidence that appears to show that such a serious crime was committed, an indictment must be filed. This is not a borderline case. It is a clear case that must be brought to trial.”

Azaria’s lawyers also argued that it is not certain that the bullet he fired was what killed the terrorist, and thus they plan to question the pathologist who performed the autopsy. It’s possible the shots caused the man’s death, the lawyers allowed, but in any event they did incapacitate him. The first evidentiary hearing in the case is scheduled for next Wednesday.

Lieberman: Let army legal staff do its work

At the conclusion of today’s hearing in Jaffa, one of the soldier’s four lawyers, Ilan Katz, said no change in the proceedings are expected in the wake of Avigdor Lieberman’s expected appointment as defense minister. However, Katz added, “When there is someone at the top of the system [i.e., Lieberman] who has clearly stated his opinion on the matter, the prosecution will certainly look ‘upward,’ as well. I believe that the military prosecution is now operating with less tension and I expect the effects of this to be seen in the future.”

The minister-designate was present at one of the earlier hearings, on extending Azaria’s remand, declared that the prosecution should rescind the indictment against the soldier, and called the manslaughter charge “distorted.”

Commenting on the case today, Lieberman said, however, “Even [if I am] defense minister, the military legal systems must be allowed to do their work unhindered. We will accept any ruling or decision of the military court. It bothered me that conclusions were being drawn before the court made its determination.”

  1. As usual they will play with words and definitions with their Jewdicial system and this creep, who obviously terminated the life of the victim ON FILM, in front of witnesses, will most likely get a slap on the wrist before the world but continue to be lauded as a hero back home…

The one to be concerned about is the witness who filmed the act…..

Lieberman represents Israel more honestly than many. His hate and low bred cunning have put him in “the right place at the right time” to lead Israel into the Hell on earth it so perfectly represents.

  2. Indeed, indeed. It is such a pity that their Chosenesses do not feel comfortable enough to simply come clean with their core beliefs and ‘values’. I’m sure they’re itching to. It must be terrible having to continuously back-peddle, dissemble, and basically bullshit their way through life. Just come clean fer chrissakes and say it like it is!! …

Sanhedrin 57a . When a Jew murders a gentile, there will be no death penalty. What a Jew steals from a gentile he may keep.

I have always been of the view that morality cannot be taught. You can’t, for instance, teach a psychopath the difference between ‘good’ and ‘bad’. Notable attempts were made with prison populations in Canada in the early 70s. Total disaster. Moral precepts are not some arbitrary set of principles dictated by a rabbinate. The only arbiter of morality, ultimately, is the human conscience. Since psychos, by definition, don’t have a conscience, morality means nothing to them.

Likewise, no rabbi can tell you what is good and bad. But they CAN confuse the phuck out of you. And they DO. Relentlessly. That, I believe, is the purpose of their ‘good book’ … a) to undermine common sense, natural law, and the dictates of conscience, and b) to condition their unfortunate followers to the deluded notion that good and bad can only be decided by a nutty rabbinate.

The most subversive thing the Christ did, apart from booting the money lenders out of the temple, was to suggest that each and every person has their own DIRECT relationship with God. No need for mediation in the form of venal, self-interested Pharisees.

Loose people from their relationship with their own conscience, make them blind adherents to a psycho elite, and you do indeed have a group of people that pose a very serious threat to the continued survival of the human species.
