What a strange story – written by Staff Writer for the Dallas Morning News, Avi Selk.
It’s a charming little story centred on a completely likeable hero, 14 year old sweet-natured brown-skinned Muslim boy, Ahmed Mohamed, gifted with practical/electronic aptitude, unnecessarily harassed by a bunch of (presumably red-necked white-skinned all-American) bureaucratic (educational, police) paranoid nut-cases.
And I wonder: cui bono from this story?; who is the target?
The whole scenario has a cat-playing-with-a-poor-little-mouse flavour to it.
Strange indeed.

this incident ,like many others, shows the state of paranoia , in which the so-called American public is continually being BREWED by the MSmedia.
That kind of harmless incidents is instantly publicized, so the public is constantly reminded that “the enemy is among us , and look, our brave government AND ‘ the people’ are on guard”.
It is precisely like in the Soviet /Bolshevic Russia where anybody, for whatever reason ,( or even no reason at all) could be declared to be ‘the enemy of the State” , and sent to gulag or death wall.
btw. Amercian public schools are now mostly about indoctrination , demoralisation and dumbNation.
They want people to think and act according to the standarized , politically correct, State defined and approved paradigms of thinking and behavior.
If this kid had been a Jew, he would be in line for the Nobel prize!
If the Kid had been a Jew he would never had been arrested and I bet you any thing that he would be given a scholarship for the rest of his life and a guaranteed employment with NASA
