Organ-harvesting, even though not officially sanctioned by the government, must absolutely be a standard practice for such wide-spread horror. I wonder how they can consider the Palestinians goyim–unclean animals, non-humans–but on the other hand routinely kill and steal their body parts for medical use, absorbing them into their bodies like the ghouls they really are.
