RUSSIA INSIDER – As the struggle against the past goes on in Germany and, speaking of Home Affairs, a banning process of the NPD (National Democratic Party of Germany) is being attempted, the situation in Foreign Affairs is all but the same. German tanks, once again, are stationed scarcely 150 km away from Leningrad (historical name of St. Petersburg) with NATO re-establishing its own Wolf’s Lair (name of Hitler’s East Prussian military headquarters).

German politics cannot be bested at the level of schizophrenia. Whilst on the domestic front a “war against the Right” is waged through show trials against the NPD, the NSU (National Socialist Underground, both infiltrated by State security) and former SS-soldiers, there is, once again, military deployment in Eastern Europe, tanks are sent in the direction of Russia and neo-fascists are being courted in Ukraine.

This dangerous politics follows old concepts of enemy archetypes and holds tremendous hazards for both Germany and Europe. It was in favor of the mega-corporations’ former nationalism gave way to US-imperialism, that unconditionally subdued and curry favoured Germans under the heel of political “Elites” and media. Anti-Russian propaganda and openly displayed hatred towards Moscow is, therefore, accordingly aggressive.

When German tanks once again aim for Moscow, it is naturally bringing back vile memories to historically aware Russians. The city was being besieged from September 1941 until January 1944 by German troops, after all. Roughly 1.1 million residents have died – mainly through starvation – back then. This is a symbol modern German politicians should be familiar with. And it is these politicians already constructing a new Wolf’s Lair in Poland…
