Flavius Josephus. What is known about this “great” Jewish historian who wrote “The Jewish Wars?” Not a lot. Are we 100% certain that the Jewish Temple was destroyed by the Romans? Arnoldus Arlenius a Dutch scholar/humanist produced the first Greek printed version of the work of Josephus in 1544. His work has been translated almost 1500 years after his death. How reliable can it be?
Also please read 2 very important articles published on Rehma’t World:
1) UNESCO: Old Jerusalem City is not Jewish
2) UNESCO: The Western Wall is not Jewish
ed note–you’re missing the point. It doesn’t matter whether it really happened or not, what matters is that THEY believe it happened, and the belief in this event–real or not–is what is driving their behavior at both a personal and at a geo-political level.
It was 11th September not 9th November….911….just saying
ed note–we are all well aware of the fact that 9/11 happened on 9/11.
However, in the hebrew calendar, it goes backwards, and Tisha b’Av, the day on which Jews worldwide recollect the day that the temple was destroyed by the Romans, happened on the 9th day of November, which is the 11th month, hence, 9/11.
