My first thought was that, somewhere in the cargo, was “harvested body parts.”

My best guess is that mossad is planning a nuke strike on US soil, to be blamed on Iran of N Korea, with an israhell nuclear warhead as all the US warheads are likely to be accountable, so they bring in one of their own.
