‘National’? ‘Security’? Surely some mistake?
Naturellement, the Schiffster voted in favor of the 2003 US invasion of Iraq at behest of Israhell. It was SUCH a matter of ‘national sekurity’, doncha know.
‘In February 2015, discussing how or whether to tailor Bush-era plans from 2001 and 2002 to fight ISIS, Schiff was asked if he regretted voting to invade. He said, “Absolutely. Unfortunately, our intelligence was dead wrong on that, on Saddam at that time. [The vote] set in motion a cascading series of events which have [had] disastrous consequences.”’
Aw shucks. That of course is why the US is STILL in Iraq. AND Afghanistan. Just an unfortunate continuation of a cascading series of events with disastrous consequences.
“We have been discussing the issue of pardons that the president may offer to people or dangle in front of people,” said Schiff. “The bigger pardon question may come down the road as the next president has to determine whether to pardon Donald Trump.”
You can bet yer bottom dollar that they will try to punish Trump put away good ‘n proper. As a ‘deterrent’ to any uppity ‘Goy’ who thinks they can defy the Will of USURA.
