We must not wait for the international community to approve construction in Judea and Samaria. That will come once Israel has established the facts on the ground.
ed note–‘chock-full o’ goodies’ as we like to say here.
Firsto, as with all things, let’s start at the beginning, which in this case is the first half of the title itself–
‘Creating the Zionist dream…’
Now, unfortunately, an entire pig-pen full of individuals, ‘experts’ if you will, hailing from various neighborhoods making up the ‘alternative media’ and the ‘anti-Zionist trooth moovmnt’ will seize upon this (some because they are operatives for Judea, Inc and others just because it just plain old ‘feels good’) and will use these 2 words–
‘Zionist dream’
–in making their (fallacious) claim that the problem with Israel and the Jewish state is ‘Zionism’, which these same experts claim is ‘secular’ and ‘political’ whereas Judah-ism, the religion of the Jews, is holy, humanitarian, and devoted to a ‘higher plain’ of moral and spiritual existence.
And in pursuit of this fallacious claim, they will trot out the ‘men in black’–Neturei Karta and other assorted characters making up the circus of confusion–who will parrot that claim that indeed it is ‘Zionism’ that is the problem and that ‘authentic Judah-ism’ FORBIDS the creation of that same ‘Jewish state’ which was dredged-up from its 2,000 year-old grave by that modern-day Dr. Frankenstein himself, Theodore Herzl.
Well, moving forward with some of the same language that began this little missive, the only intelligent response to such notions is ‘hogwash’.
The ‘religion of the Jews’, Judah-ism as it is known, and which the aforementioned experts claim forbids the creation of a ‘Jewish state’ is in fact Kristol clear on this matter, to wit–
‘On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abraham, saying ‘To your descendants I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river Euphrates’…–Genesis, 15:18
‘And God spoke unto us saying, ‘Go to the hill-country and all the places nigh thereunto… in the Arabah, the hill-country and in the Lowland… in the South and by the sea-shore, the land of the Canaanites, and Lebanon, as far as the great river, the river Euphrates…Go in therefore and possess the land which the Lord swore unto your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, unto them and to their seed after them…’ Deuteronomy 1:6–8
‘Every place whereon the sole of your foot shall tread shall be yours, from the wilderness, and Lebanon, from the river Euphrates, even unto the hinder sea shall be your border…’ Deuteronomy 11:24
‘…From the wilderness, and this Lebanon, even unto the great river, the Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your border…’Joshua 1:4
‘And when the Lord your God brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, he will give you a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant…’–Book of Deuteronomy
And just so there is no further confusion on this matter, the above quotes come from the Torah, as much the ‘how-to’ book for the followers of Judah-ism as the Quran is to Muslims and the New Testament is to Christians.
Now, having said this, let’s move on to the ‘meat and matzoh’ of the piece itself…
‘Exactly one year ago, Israel was poised to realize the dream of applying sovereignty to large parts of Judea and Samaria with U.S. support…Israel chose not to take this path, preferring the immediate achievements of the signing of the Abraham Accords to a possible confrontation with the Palestinians and the international community.’
What our deceptive and duplicitous Hebrish writer deliberately fails to mention is that in return for that ‘support’ from the US and in particular from a certain DJT POTUS for applying that ‘sovereignty’ over the 30% allotted to Judea, Inc per the ‘protocols’ of DJT’s ‘Deal of the Century’, Israel would have been bound by international treaty/agreement to forfeit the remaining 70% of the West Bank that would have then been used as the basis for creating the very first ‘Palestinian State’.
And it was this–the Jewish state being ‘caged in’ to only 30% of the WB that functioned as the basis for Israel ‘choosing’ not to take the path of applying sovereignty, as well as whatever other political/economic pressures DJT was prepared to utilize in squeezing Israel into a ‘peace deal’ with the Palestinians she did not want that was/is the real reason for her not taking the ‘path’ that lay before her.
Nexto–
‘With Joe Biden now serving as U.S. president, it will take a massive effort, and maybe even a miracle, to advance such a move.’
Biden is on the hook to Netanyahu for ‘Bibi’ having moved DJT out of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave and Biden in and will therefore do WHATEVER THE GOOD GODDAMN he is told, rest assured. He might snivel slightly, might even pretend to be ‘distressed’ if the pirates of Judea decide to apply sovereignty, but the $30 million a day that the land thieves receive from Uncle Sam as part of their ‘yearly tithe’ and ‘tribute’ will continue unabated and uninterrupted.
The fact is however that Israel doesn’t need to do any such thing yet, and the mystery of what she is planning to do appears in Kristol Clear language written by our deranged and deceptive Hebrish writer, to wit–
‘Israel would therefore be wise to return to the path of Zionism from time immemorial through the construction of house after house and settlement after settlement and without waiting for the international community’s approval or recognition. That will come once Israel has established the facts on the ground. What matters is not what other nations say, but rather what the Jewish people do…
In other words, chew away, mouthful by mouthful, gulp by gulp, burp by burp, what remains of the ‘promised land’, even if it takes a thousand years, until she has all of it in her belly.
In this way of progressing slowly and not ‘jumping the gun’, the program of ‘redemption’ can continue on as it has with minimal protest and meaningless sanctions by the international community, something that POTUS DJT was trying to prevent via the mechanism of his ‘Deal of the Century’ which the Palestinians (and their supporters) were too stupid to recognize for the ‘redemption’ that it was for them and their plight when it was available to them, just waiting for them to sign and accept.
It’s been said before and it bears repeating–no one ever accused the Jews of being stupid.

Exactly one year ago, Israel was poised to realize the dream of applying sovereignty to large parts of Judea and Samaria with U.S. support and the tacit consent of a few Arab states. Israel, however, chose not to take this path, preferring the immediate achievements of the signing of the Abraham Accords to a possible confrontation with the Palestinians and the international community.
The realization of the sovereignty dream was postponed and, as Israel Hayom‘s Ariel Kahana argued earlier this week, may have been missed entirely. With Joe Biden now serving as U.S. president, it will take a massive effort, and maybe even a miracle, to advance such a move.
This is clear from the recent statements by U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken, in which he stopped short of endorsing former U.S. President Donald Trump’s recognition of the Golan Heights as part of Israel. He said that unlike Israel’s practical control over the territory, which the U.S. fully supports, the question of sovereignty would need to be dealt with in legal and other talks when Syria can get back on its own two feet.
Blinken’s comments were a blessing in disguise, because they make clear that the new U.S. administration recognizes the reality on the ground both in the Golan Heights and in Judea and Samaria, and is in no rush to push for change.
After all, sovereignty as a slogan and symbol is important for residents of Judea and Samaria, and will certainly serve to bolster their sense of security. However, when it comes to the day-to-day lives and construction in their communities, it doesn’t make much of a difference. The settlement enterprise in Judea, Samaria and the Golan Heights arose and developed absent the formal application of Israeli sovereignty to those territories.
Israel would therefore be wise to return to the path of Zionism from time immemorial through the construction of house after house and settlement after settlement, and without waiting for the international community’s approval or recognition. That will come once Israel has established the facts on the ground.
Before Trump entered the White House, no state had ever recognized Israel’s sovereignty over eastern Jerusalem or any of the city’s western neighborhoods. It was Israel’s first prime minister, David Ben-Gurion, who decided in Dec. 1949 to defy the U.N. resolution that would see Jerusalem become an international city by ordering the transfer of government offices there.
Nor did anyone recognize Israel’s territorial gains accomplished in the 1948 War of Independence. Many years later, numerous countries, including the U.S., demanded that Israel return to the partition lines of 1947 as the basis for a compromise with the Arab world. Ben-Gurion, however, stood his ground. The rest, as they say, is history.
What matters, then, is not what other nations say, but rather what the Jewish people do. More importantly, the Jewish people must decide what they really want.
Is it a presence in and control of all of the territory, or just settlement blocs and areas of strategic importance? Does Israel seek to grant citizenship to residents of these areas, or does it strive to reach a different solution with the cooperation of Jordan or the Palestinian Authority?
In the meantime, we must continue to build, because the path of Zionism and the State of Israel has always been one of action and not words.
