Actually the discussion is with the Rothschilds who control the US.
Of course Putin must go through the USA to talk to Europe.
Soon he will need to to through Israel to talk to the US !

Then 1933 ~ the United States of America ‘officially’ was declared bankrupt. and dissolved ~ Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933,48 Stat 1, Public Law 89 -719. It was declared by Franklin Roosevelt and put into the books and on the record.
‘Officially’, the U.S. of America was taken over by it’s international creditors; namely and at it’s apex…the House of Rothschild.
The War of 1812 ( The Revolutionary War ) was about renewing their bank’s charter. Their charter has a 2o year clause. The life of the charter ran out, elements in the U.S. did not want to renew it, so war came.
Before this War of 1812, the colonies fought for ‘independence’ beginning in 1774 / 1775. Afterwards, the colonies were in debt. In 1786, an uprising took place known as Shays Rebellion. They refused to pay taxes that were levied as was ordered by the government because it created economic inequality and hardships. Those taxes were to pay towards the war debt. Some of those that refused had their lands seized and were put into prisons. The government sent in the troops and eventually the insurgency was crushed.
So, the owners of the United State are really an international body of creditors, of course linked to finance and corporations. After seizing control from the Atlantic to the Pacific Oceans, their eyes cast to land bodies outside of the United States.
They are not ‘incompetent’ as some say. They know what they want, they choose the words that sound very good, paint pictures of freedom, human rights, honor, pride, justice, equalities, etc….and then these mostly lawyers…..concoct public laws, ordinances, public policies, international policies & laws, acts, amendments here and there on an “as needed” basis.
If one disagrees, they have legal jargon for them as well; insurgents, belligerents, or the generic term they like to use; “unpatriotic”. Sometimes they even make legal terms and definitions on an ‘as needed’ basis as they go along. Eisenhower created a special legal term for the Germans the US had captured. The Bush administration did the same with the use of Gitmo. The Obama administration passed laws so Americans can be shot and killed overseas. They are not incompetent.
