Of course its deliberate. The Jews are big on starving people if food, and water. “Its cruel to be kind”. Jewish puppet Winston Churchill said as he threw a food embargo up on Europe st the start of WW 2. He did the same in WW 1, “There are twenty million Germans to many”, he declared.
He had 4 million Indians starved during WW 2, the famine of 1943, so he could strut as the savor of the world and keep his previous ,’umpire’. going.
Of course the use of food by the Red/Jews in the East-the Russia’s is well known to the initiated.

They have been poisoning Palestinian water sources for decades now. Bodily wastes and fluids, diaper, dead animals ~ all are routinely found in water collecting containers that were kept by the Palestinians.
If they can put the Palestinians on a diet of course they can deprive them of water. And they will do it in such a way that no one can do a damn thing.
Israel simply has to go. Straight to hell.
