Strelnikov also filmed the alleged US diplomats in the bar at the same time Navalny and his associates were seated at a nearby booth.”
Is it because they are stupid or because they think the Russians are? Maybe an unfortunate combination of both.
And Putin told them where to go ,in no uncertain terms. If it was reversed all the diplomats would be jailed for life in the US.
