TO DO JUSTLY – Micah 6:8

“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of
thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO DO JUSTLY? To do what is right. To be kind to all that
needs it. To love mercy as God requires and to do no one harm.

Isaiah 56:1; “Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my
salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.”

We have a DUTY to God that whatever is done is done in the right conscience.
That is what God would have us do. To be honest and just in all that we do. God
is true to us so let us likewise be so with others. Choosing those things that
please God. Anything else is robbery.

Malachi 3:8; says we have robbed God in our tithes and offerings but there is
more to tithes and offerings. It is what we do to others and how we treat them.

We show right justice in all our dealings. Ezekiel 45:9, tells us to remove
violence and anything that has spoiled another. We are to put away trouble.
Matthew 23:38, tells us that going against God’s justice will bring down our own
house. Our home should be the temple of God but going against his justice
leaves us with no temple, no priesthood, no continues line for godliness in our
own home.

If we go against all this and attack others, destroy others, rob others for gain,
start unjust wars, we make God a companion to our murder and thief.

Ezekiel 45:9; “….take away your exactions from my people, saith the Lord GOD.”
In other words. Quit robbing others! Quit the false wars and lying to go to war
with others for gain. Quit using God as a companion to hurt others.

We destroy ourselves when we go against God.
