Victoria Nuland, real name Nudleman (a Jew married to another Jew Kagan). She is the one who orchestrated the collapse of the legitimate government of Ukraine. The poor Ukraine is now a failed State for the Jewish bankers. The IMF loan them 18 billion dollars, most of the loan go to Russia for late energy payments for several years. Now Ukraine is like Greece, money loaned from the IMF with heavy strings attached, Austerity, higher taxes and unemployment. All the profits for the Jews.

How ironic is it for foreign money (which has zero inherent value) to be invested into a naturally wealthy country and to succeed in making that country a failed state. It is evil.
