JEWISH VALUES

ed note–and just how can such a book, when it is based upon the teachings of the Torah–considered the beating heart of Judaism and therefore of the Jewish state–be ruled as ‘incitement’ when, after all, the Jews believe the genocidal teachings contained within the Torah are the literal word of God?

Lest we forget–

“When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are to possess and casts out the many peoples living there, you shall then slaughter them all and utterly destroy them…You shall save nothing alive that breathes…You shall make no agreements with them nor show them any mercy. You shall destroy their altars, break down their images, cut down their groves and burn their graven images with fire. For you are a holy people unto the LORD thy God and He has chosen you to be a special people above all others upon the face of the earth…”

Book of Deuteronomy

A book by hardline Israeli rabbis justifying the murder of non-Jews will not have to face charges of inciting violence, the Jerusalem High Court said.

Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post reported Thursday that the court ruled there was “no basis” for the charges, upholding a 2012 decision by Israel’s Attorney General to not pursue a criminal investigation.

The Torat Hamelech (The King’s Torah) was published in 2009 and sparked controversy and a debate on free speech by arguing that Jewish law allowed, in some cases, for Jewish people to kill non-Jews without being to court.

According to The Jerusalem Post, the book states that anyone who opposes “our kingdom” or encourages attacks against them can be killed, as can children “if there is a good chance they will grow up to be like their evil parents.”

The Attorney General’s 2012 decision argued that the book was a religious study and not aimed at encouraging individuals to violence, despite concern within Israeli society that it could lead to violence against Palestinians.

Several Jewish groups objected the groups, as did senior Rabbis, including the Israel Movement for Reform and Progressive Judaism, which petitioned the High Court to question why there have been no investigation for racial incitement.

Israeli blog Reform Judaism, which supported the petition, wrote in 2012 that the book was “a manual on how Jewish law can justify hate and violence.”

“When the Mufti of Jerusalem gave a sermon about killing Jews, the State opened a criminal investigation in less than a week,” the blog wrote. “When rabbis widely distribute their manual for violence to the masses, the State remains silent.”

  1. Hmmm
Now that the “Israeli court” has ruled that these writings are not incitement than they will have no choice to rule those books justifying the killing of Jews is not “incitement either. Furthermore, all previous convictions for any writings justifying the kills of Jews must be vacated and the individuals must be immediately released. Failure to do so, and if they then proceed to either ban, censor any such writings or charge authors justifying the killing of Jews with incitement, then it is the “Israeli court” that must be charged and jailed for “incitement”.
My point is that the double standard on display with this “judgement” is an indictment of the entire Israeli judicial system which is rife with hatred and bigotry against gentiles. This ruling is just one more confirmation of that fact.

  2. Well, the Israeli Court is correct. That book cannot be considered incitement. The verb to incite is defined as “verb (used with object), incited, inciting. 1. to stir, encourage, or urge on; stimulate or prompt to action.”
The book is not an “incitement.” Pamphlets and grafitti are incitements. This is a REGULATORY document. Neither the Torah nor the Talmud are incitements. They are prescriptions and authoritative regulations. They tell he Jews in no uncertain terms what they are expected to do.

  3. Jews can incite violence and murder whoever they please and justify it with their alleged god'(who is the adversary to all non jews) words. This is the danger of anyone believing that their tribal deity is in fact GOD. The jewish god must be wiped out of exiztence, blotted out of the minds of all men for eternity. If not, then humanity will have to suffer the wrath of this satan. What type of god demands blood sacrifice? Demands the burnt offering of the firstborn including their own children? Anyone that could perceive this to be GOD is mentally challenged and a danger to himself and anyone else. Or maybe it is all part of the biblical mysteries one is supposed to meditate on as it is spiritually too far over a gentiles head so we should just accept that the jewish god(satan) has a plan for the world. He certainly does and the gentiles had better figure it out quickly.

  4. Reblogged this on Lolathecur's Blog Below are two very important entries from the "Jewish Encyclopedia". Read them VERY CLOSELY. and commented:

  5. The saying says: evil rules if good men do nothing.
That makes sense, but leaves a question unasked let alone answered.
How should good men react to men doing evil?
