Our generation managed to destroy the Authority of God and , in the process, it will destroy itself. God withdrew His graces out of Christendom because the Christendom preferred ( and still prefers) to follow The Beast. Correction: The Judaic ritual, as far as I understand, is NOT to swing dead animals over their heads, which would be repulsive enough, but to swing LIVE chickens, as can be seen in all the photos. Dead chickens don;t flap their wings in fright. It is this practice, plus smashing their heads against walls, that they believe transfers their transgressions against Yahweh unto the animals sacrificed in this barbaric way.

If the answer to that question is “No” then:
should deliberate cruelty be a criminal offence in our society?
If the answer to that question is “Yes” then:
should “Freedom of Religion” override that criminal offence?
Plainly, Justice Debra James – presumably after long and deep consideration – thinks so, for such is the official judgement she made.

Her photograph shows her to be an African-American. That is irrelevant to this issue.
What is relevant is the issue of ‘conflict of interest’.
Let us be more specific about the core issue in this specific legal case:
should Jewish religious practice which involves deliberate cruelty to a defenceless animal take precedence over American laws which make deliberate cruelty to a defenceless animal a criminal offence?
A quick internet search indicates that in New York deliberate cruelty to a defenceless animal is not a criminal offence but is a misdemeanor. Let’s not get bogged down in legal technicalities. Even the misdemeanor can warrant imprisonment for not more than one year.
Stated simply the issue here is whether the practices of any religion should take precedence over the laws of the land.
How important is that issue?
The ritual of the scapegoat magically taking on the sins of the community was originally a Late Bronze Age pagan ritual and belief which the Israelites most likely borrowed from the Hittites, who would employ a sorceress to transfer the sins of an individual or community onto a mouse (the ‘scapemouse’, if you will) which was then let loose in the mountains to take the sins off into the wilderness. The Hebrew version of this primitive superstitious ritual, using a ‘scapegoat’, is found in the collection of Iron Age tribal law called Leviticus, specifically Leviticus 16:5-28. The fact that orthodox Jews still believe that they can transfer their innumerable sins onto the carcass of a chicken whose neck they have broken just shows how absolutely primitive, superstitiously ignorant, and demonically barbaric these religious nutfucks really are (are there not any mental sanitariums in upstate New York to hold these “people?”). Of course, then to top it all off, these barbaric and ignorant Satanic creatures, after they have broken the chicken’s neck (while reciting prayers to their 100% imaginary angry violent bullshit god) and “transferred their sins” to the carcass of the animal, they then “donate” the dead chickens to the poor (i.e. Gentiles) so that the poor can eat and digest the sins of Satan’s chosen ones. Their viciousness, cruelty, and hatred for human beings know absolutely no boundaries! As has happened so often in the last 1500 years, these monsters need to be driven from OUR country. It’s deportation time (to Antarctica)! The prophet Ben Franklin warned us that if the Jews were allowed into the country and given free reign, within one hundred years they will have destroyed the entire republic. Yup.
