  1. This may be a dated view, the all-out against Trump establishment. Things are moving fast. Fox News has embraced him. The other day I said FoxNews may even fire Kelley to placate Trump. They went one better: made her DEFEND him against Wasserman Schulz in an interview in which WS talked about the “vulgarity” of the Republican candidates, clearing meaning one in particular, Trump. Kelley said being vulgar is better than being indicted, which awaits Hillary.
My prediction: Trump will be the nominee of the Republican party. The leadership will not want to alienate the majority of its base.
In fact I have a trifecta:
    1. Trump — the nominee on the Republican side.
    2. Sanders — the democrat nominee
They are already airing their new spiel: these two are the “anti-Establishment” candidates and the voters are tired of status quo. So they’ll give them a choice: anti-establoshment Left an anti-establishment Right.
    3. And the winner is…. the First Jewish President. Whether by actual vote or by another Supreme Court Decision.
I think “they” would have preferred Sanders to go against Bush (“low energy” and saddled with the family baggage) or Rubio (no experience at anything except not showing up in the Senate. I also think they built up Trump or allowed him to build himself up by the undeniably enormous coverage they gave him on the mistaken bet that he would not be taken seriously, that he would be a clown, thus showing themselves totally deaf and blind to the mood of the country and the strong echo he found among people on basically one single issue: illegal immigrants (sprinkled with a bit of Islamophobia). Now that they realized their error they will make sure he loses to Sanders. And those who voted for him will just lump it as they did before when they voted for Gore. No revolution. The Oath Keepers are watching baseball.
I watched Sanders in his last debate with Hillary. I think Trump will have a much harder time with Sanders than with the Republicans. Sanders puts on his kind uncle who feels for the downtrodden spiel and many fall for it.
That is my bet and I will be even more depressed than I am already when I win it.

ed note {tony}…I always thought LBJ was Jewish, from his mothers side???

  2. Jesse Ventura disappoints. Watch him in this video
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdzCZz1EH48
explaining that he would support either Trump or Sanders, because whichever wins it is good for America, allegedly both “shake the system to its core.” So the newest maneuver is to use Trump in order to elevate Sanders. If Ventura can be fooled by Sanders, masses and masses of Democrat voters can be also.

  3. LBJ Jewish? No. He was Southern Baptist/Old Testament (Scofield bible) stock, the kind prone to worship Jews. Per wikipedia:
He was maternally descended from a pioneer Baptist clergyman, George Washington Baines, who pastored eight churches in Texas, as well as others in Arkansas and Louisiana. Baines, the grandfather of Johnson’s mother, was also the president of Baylor University during the American Civil War.[citation needed]
Johnson’s grandfather, Samuel Ealy Johnson Sr., was raised as a Baptist, and for a time was a member of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). In his later years the grandfather became a Christadelphian; Johnson’s father also joined the Christadelphian Church toward the end of his life.[8] Later, as a politician, Johnson was influenced in his positive attitude toward Jews by the religious beliefs that his family, especially his grandfather, had shared with him (see Operation Texas).[9] Johnson’s favorite Bible verse came from the King James Version of Isaiah 1:18. “Come now, and let us reason together …”[10]
