First, let’s talk a lil’ about this ‘IIBR’–the Israeli Institute for Biological Research–that Bennett as Israel’s then-MoD specifically mentions.
It is a highly-secret lab in Israel run by the Ministry of Defense that was once described by former Mossad agent Victor Ostrovsky in his book, The Other Side of Deception as the place where the Jewish state was creating ‘doomsday machines’, to wit–

ABC warfare laboratory developing doomsday machines

It was where our top epidemiological scientists were developing various doomsday machines.’ Because we would not have a second chance should there be an all-out war in which this type of weapon would be needed, there was no room for error.
…The Palestinian infiltrators came in handy in this regard. As human guinea pigs, they could make sure the weapons the scientists were developing worked properly and could verify how fast they worked and make them even more efficient….

‘What is the Mossad doing giving humanitarian assistance to blacks in Soweto?’ I remember asking him. There was no logic to it; no short-term political gain (which was the way the Mossad operated) or any visible monetary advantage…
‘Do you remember Nes Ziyyona?’
His question sent shivers up my spine. I nodded.
‘This is very much the same. We’re testing both new infectious diseases and new medication that can’t be tested on humans in Israel, for several of the Israeli medicine manufacturers. This will tell them whether they’re on the right track, saving them millions in research…’
It is worth noting–as covered here on this humble little informational endeavor in a story recently published–that the same ‘IIBR’ that Bennett–again, as Israel’s former Defense Minister mentions–was also the facility that was used in creating biological weapons that were used against the Arabs when the followers of Judah-ism, the ‘children of Israel’ as they love to refer to themselves, were busy stealing the ‘promised land’ in creating their new terrorist state.
It is also the locale, by no mere coincidence all can rest assured, that was the subject of intense satellite scrutiny/surveillance by the American CIA beginning in the administration of POTUS JFK, the same JFK who lost his life in November 1963 for having the chutzpah of preventing Israel from developing nukes, a surveillance operation whose CIA codename was–

It is also worth noting, and with a great degree of concern for all its historical implications, that the ‘Manhattan Project’ was the code name given to the US program of creating those ‘doomsday machines’ known as nuclear weapons, and given the fact that–as news stories are proving now on a daily basis viz the number of people dying from those same Covid 19 vaccines which Israel pioneered at the IIBR and gave to the world–that there is much, much more to Bennett’s statement concerning Israel’s ‘Manhattan Project’ than most would like to imagine.

Israeli Defense Minister Naftali Bennett announced in a series of tweets on May 7 that the Israeli Institute for Biological Research (IIBR) has developed three additional antibodies that can stifle COVID-19.
Bennett explained the antibodies were taken from recovered COVID-19 patients; the antibodies attach themselves to the virus and the prevent the virus from infecting cells in the patient’s body.
‘I view this as Israel’s ‘Manhattan Project’ to defeat the Covid-19 pandemic.’
He clarified that the antibodies are utilized as a treatment against the virus and not a vaccine, however, the antibodies could shorten the timeframe to develop the virus.
‘I’ve had the unique opportunity to push this project since its inception a few months ago,’ Bennett tweeted. ‘These are incredibly smart, creative and vigorous researchers, who love their work and care deeply about Israel’s security,’ adding that the defense ministry is utilizing its resources to help the IIBR get the antibodies ready for ‘full treatment.’
‘This is an important milestone, which will be followed by a series of complex tests and a process of regulatory approvals,’ he wrote.
On May 4, Bennett announced that the IIBR had developed its first antibody attacking the virus.
‘I am proud of the staff at the Israel Institute for Biological Research who have made a huge breakthrough,’ Bennett said in a statement. ‘The creativity of the Jewish mind has brought this amazing achievement. The entire defense establishment will continue to operate at the forefront of the fight against coronavirus.’
Other Israeli treatments include Pluristem’s PLX cell therapy — which has seen initial success in Israel and the United States — as well as the drug Opaganib, which was approved to treat COVID-19 patients in Italy in April.
As of this writing, there are 16,381 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 240 deaths from the virus in Israel. According to the Israeli Health Ministry, the number of Israel’s recovered COVID-19 patients is now twice the size of those currently infected with the virus.
