Brigadier General Dr. Amnon Sofrin says Netanyahu visit is about a lot more than just ‘tariffs’

ed note–it goes without saying, or at least it should for those paying close attention and utilizing just a fraction of their critical thinking skills, but we’ll say it anyway.

POTUS DJT slapping 17% tariffs on Israeli goods DOES NOT make the Jews happy. Netanyahu is not happy about it, and neither is Smotrich, Ben Gvir, or Miriam Adelson. American Jews hate DJT anyway, so their opinion on it matters little.

The key takeaway from all of this is the manner in which it FLIES DIRECTLY IN THE FACE OF AND RUNS CONTRARY TO the notion that POTUS DJT is ‘owned by d’Jooz’. He is the first POTUS (to the best of our knowledge here on this humble little informational endeavor) to impose tariffs of this type on the Jypsy State, and something which the Jews obviously do not view favorably, given their well-established/historically-proven ‘passionate attachment’ to money and wealth in all its forms.

Now, the question that needs to be asked and answered is the following–

What is it that POTUS DJT is trying to accomplish by squeezing Israel where it hurts most, which is her money?

And the answer basically answers itself–Gaza and the hostages.

Although he has not said so publically, doubtless that POTUS DJT is FURIOUS with Netanyahu over his blowing up the ceasefire deal/hostage release which POTUS brokered and for which he expressed great pride.

Furthermore, Netanyahu’s recent statement that Israel plans to ‘annex Gaza’ after POTUS stated IN THE CLEAREST AND MOST UNAMBIGUOUS OF LANGUAGE that Gaza will be ‘owned’ by the US cannot have resulted in anything other than quiet rage on the part of POTUS DJT.

And all of this is going to be explained to Netanyahu when he arrives in DC after being summoned by POTUS DJT, the same man that entire legions of half-assed and half-witted ‘analysts’ say is ‘owned by d’Jooz’.

Ynet

Despite appearances, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Washington is not primarily about the new U.S. tariffs on Israeli imports. According to at least one expert, the two most important topics on the table are Iran and the hostages still held in Gaza.

Brigadier General Dr. Amnon Sofrin, former head of the Mossad’s Intelligence Directorate, told ILTV that the U.S. is pressuring Iran to return to the negotiating table for a new nuclear agreement—and is prepared to back that pressure with force.

‘The U.S. may deploy units around the Middle East to deter Iran and prove it’s seriously willing to attack if needed,’ Sofrin explained. ‘It will be in coordination with Israel—maybe even a joint effort between our two countries.’

The second major issue is the hostages.

Fifty-nine hostages are still believed to be in Gaza. Around two dozen of them are thought to be alive.

‘Hamas doesn’t want to begin negotiating unless they receive international guarantees that the war will stop and Israel will withdraw from the Gaza Strip,’ said Sofrin. ‘This is unacceptable—and it’s exactly what needs to be discussed between the Israeli Prime Minister and the U.S. President.’

  1. I suspect that the ‘alleged’ hostages are phantoms. Assuming that they are ‘real’ it should be encumbent upon the Israelis to name every one of them. The Israeli keep claiming that there are hostages being held by their Hamas-proteges, in the totally devestated GAZA-Strip, they shaould be able to name them ALL and they should be forced to produce the list of names to support their claims. Moreover, the Palestinians should also be provided with a list of names of the THOUSANDS of hostages in Israeli prisons and this list should include every woman and child who have been imprisoned by the Israelis, without charge. In many cases these Palestinian ‘hostages’ have been imprisoned illegaly for years …
