France is said to be considering carrying out air strikes on Islamic State targets in Syria, joining the international coalition led by the United States, the website for Le Monde newspaper said on Saturday. The newspaper quoted an unnamed “high level source”.
Government officials declined to comment on the report, Reuters reported, saying that President Francois Hollande would address the issue at a news conference on Monday. However Le Monde said that Hollande had discussed the matter at a defense council meeting on Friday.
The growing crisis involving Syrian refugees, the coalition’s failure to push back Islamic State, and increasing reports of Russian military presence in Syria were said to have led France to contemplate the matter.
President Hollande announced in September 2014 that his country would start to carry out air strikes against Islamic State targets in Iraq, joining the United States in providing “aerial support” for the Iraqi army.

All this will accomplish is further exacerbating the refugee crisis. They better be prepared to take in the poor souls fleeing for their lives.
CRIF and LICRA are rarin’ to go…
Yes, Right. France is going to violate the sovereign State of Syria to fight ISIS? Bull. ISIS was created by NATO and France is one of them. The French government is Kosher and that Hollander is circumcised.
