Psalms 119:171,172; “My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy
statues. (172) My tongue shall speak of thy word, for all they commandments
are righteousness.”
Habakkuk 3:6,9, says that the hills did bow, and were made naked. Psalms 78:57
calls those who turn back from God’s covenant a deceitful bow and Psalms 76:3
says he will break the arrows of the bow. Psalms 11:2 says the wicked shoot at
the upright in the heart. Isaiah 41:2 says he will bring them to stubble in his
bow. Psalms 7:12 tells us that his bow is all ready bent and it is ready for his
judgment.
God is describing what comes from inside our beliefs. We have a mouth shaped
like a ‘bow’ and the tongue are our arrows. When he breaks the arrows of the
bow it means he’s going to bring forth his truth that others have damaged with
their lies. Don’t believe others what they are having you believe. As Satan have
produced these lies with what others say so is God going to destroy those who
lie” Revelation 1:16/3:16/Isaiah 41:2/Hosea 1:5; 7:16.
Genesis 9:13; “I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a
covenant between me and the earth.”
We all know this to be a great promise after the flood but there is another flood
that has come upon the world and that is Revelation 12:16. “And the earth
helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the
flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.”
The woman is today’s church that has been flooded with lies but many will
come to see those lies and help others to understand truth again. We are the
lively stones in today’s world and even the rocks will cry out in truth! This is a
great promise!
God’s bow is bent it says and it is about to let it go for his judgment.
