This is a timid measure. Every Jew in the US should enjoy the comfort this disbursement can provide because in reality, let us recognize it, every single Jew, wherever he or she is, of whatever age, wherever he or she hails from, is a Survivor.
The Holocaust, enormous, unique tragedy as it was, was but a single event, but Jews have always, throughout their history, suffered grievously from fierce Goy hatred and persecution. Every Jew, as an eternal victim, is owed eternal compensation by the Goyim. A simple way of settling this would be to issue two sets of IRS forms: Kosher and Goy. The Goy form should have an obligatory deduction marked “Goy repentance Fee.” Nothing less than 10% of gross income.
There is a small hitch regarding certain Episcopalians, Unitarians, Catholics, atheists etc,(e.g., Madeleine Albright, John Kerry). If these Jews, for their own reasons, still opt to receive the Goy form they needn’t pay the fee but attach a dispensation form issued by their rabbi.
No rational person believes the jews when they lie to us about a holohoax that never took place. It never happened. When will our people arrest these lying jews and imprison them for things like perjury and hate speech?
Now, as I recall, the United States had no part in events that took place in Nazi Germany, therefore We The People are not responsible. In fact, the American people sacrificed much blood and gold to stop the Nazis from completing whatever it is we are told they were doing, so if anything, Israel owes the US reparations for lost lives and lost wealth.
These 12 millions would serve better your soldiers that are coming back with PTSD from wars where they were sent as canon flesh for the benifit of the elite,,, no?
I can find no CONstitutional authority to STEAL from Americans to then give the STOLEN money to liars, nor anyone else! Anyone want to point the part of the CONstitution that grants this authority??

If you apply for a disability claim from an insurance company or, especially, the government, you have to PROVE you have been injured, REPEATEDLY. The insurance companies and government do not just “take your word for it” and never question you again. Israel SOLD the Holocaust for Political Leverage and Monetary Reparations, Israel itself opened the Holocaust up to questioning when they SOLD it. Israel FEARS the TRUTH about the NON-holoCOST because the MONEY would dry up, or WORSE have to be RETURNED.
Someone with an actuarial chart should track back and see just HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO START OUT WITH, in order to have 600,000+ survivors 70+ YEARS LATER. And where do they get off with this “I survived 4-5-6 DEATH CAMPS” !? Seems to me those “notoriously efficient” Nazis were pretty sloppy, There had to be one heck of a LOT of “survivors” to begin with in 1945.
