‘I don’t give a sh*t about them’: Philippine president Duterte threatens to leave ‘stupid’ UN

On May 23, 2016, China Matters published an investigative post documenting the history of American war crimes in Philippines. The post claims that Rodrigo Duterte, though a Roman Catholic is disliked by his Church elites and anti-Muslim Judeo-Christian radicals in Washington due to Duterte’s claim that he along with other students at Ateneo de Davao was sexually abused by late Rev. Mark Falvey.

As deputy Mayor of Davao City on Mindanao island, Duterte understands the plight of country’s 20% Muslim population.

“Duterte, 71, is not native to Mindanao. His family comes from a central Philippine island group, the Visayan Islands. Christians from Visayan Islands and other regions were settled in Mindanao by the US and Philippine governments as part of a strategy to demographically submerge the Moro, distribute prime land and resources to settlers and corporations, and economically and politically marginalize the Moro and criminalize their resistance in a manner that will be familiar to observers of tactics in Tibet, Xinjiang, Kashmir, Chechnya and Palestine. It appears to have been successful to the point that Moros are perhaps 17% of the population of Mindanao today, down from 90% in 1900,” said the post.

Moro Muslims struggle for freedom and self-determination is longest and bloodiest in the entire history of mankind.
