In ten separate incidents, one colonel and four lieutenant colonels investigated over conduct during fighting last summer
ed note–again, nothing but pure theatrics on the part of Israel as she tries to project the image that she is ‘western’, ‘democratic’, ‘enlightened’, and a ‘nation of laws’. Now, with the internet and the fact that the sleeping pill that was administered to the Gentile world in the aftermath of WWII over the issue of the Hollercost and ‘Jewish suffering’, paired with Israel’s deeper and deeper descent into religiously-oriented madness, a massive PR campaign is being foisted upon an ever-increasingly aware Gentile world concerning the inherent barbarity of not just Israel’s behavior, but the religious/cultural/tribal ‘ethics’ constituting her raison d’etre, meaning Judaism.
Besides, we’ve all seen this schtick before. There will be an ‘investigation’, false evidence will be produced, things will get ‘confusing’ and then, those presently under the spotlight will be exculpated or even exonerated and the IDF will continue referring to itself as ‘the worlds most moral army’.
Remember, as far as the Jews are concerned, a ‘higher judge’ is overseeing this investigation and he has already spoken on the matter of his ‘chosen people’ killing innocent Gentiles–
“When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are to possess and casts out the many peoples living there, you shall then slaughter them all and utterly destroy them…You shall save nothing alive that breathes…You shall make no agreements with them nor show them any mercy. You shall destroy their altars, break down their images, cut down their groves and burn their graven images with fire. For you are a holy people unto the LORD thy God and He has chosen you to be a special people above all others upon the face of the earth…”

The IDF’s Military Police has reportedly been investigating 10 incidents relating to possible operational misconduct during last summer’s Gaza war against Hamas.
Five high-ranking officers — one colonel and four lieutenant colonels — all of whom fought in the conflict, were being scrutinized by the military advocate general to determine whether or not they displayed proper judgment in battle, Army Radio reported Monday.
Among those probed is Lt. Col. Neria Yeshurun, who allegedly ordered the bombardment of a clinic in Shejaiya a day after a Hamas sniper had shot and killed Capt. Dimitri Levitas from the roof of the structure.
Because the probes center around judgement calls, a fierce debate has erupted within the IDF between those who believe the incidents warrant full Military Police investigations, which can lead to criminal prosecution, and those who want the inquiries limited to operational debriefings, which are usually dealt with internally.
A senior source told Army Radio that it is unlikely that any of the officers will be indicted.
While investigations remain open, the officers are blocked from receiving promotions.
One investigation concerns the bombardment of a café in Khan Younis that resulted in the deaths of nine Palestinians. The July 10 bombing killed fans who had been watching a soccer World Cup semifinal match between The Netherlands and Argentina, according to eyewitnesses.
Another incident involves allegations of IDF abuse of a Palestinian detainee.
Seven more criminal investigations have been opened into soldiers’ actions during the summer campaign, including the bombing of a United Nations school that, according to Palestinians, killed 21 civilians and injured dozens.
A number of investigations have already been closed, including a probe into a shelling of a Gaza beach that left four children dead on July 16.
In April, the Military Prosecution filed an indictment with a military court against three soldiers suspected of looting the homes of Palestinian civilians during the fighting.
The case marked the first instance of charges pressed against IDF troops who participated in combat in the Gaza Strip during Operation Protective Edge.
The 50-day war killed more than 2,100 Palestinians, most of them civilians, according to Palestinian sources in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip, and 73 Israelis, 66 of them soldiers.
Israel officially blames Hamas for all Palestinian civilian casualties, noting that the group, which rules Gaza, often launched attacks from within residential areas.

73 killed, 66 of them soldiers ?
No Jews were killed – zero.
The Palestinians had no rockets, missiles, bullets even, to launch/fire at Israel.
Impoverished Gaza has cctv to show IAF bomb impacts the moment they happened.
Apparently wealthy Israel has no cctv anywhere, it seems, to record Hamas rocket/missile impacts on Israeli buildings were they to happen.
I wrote the like a year ago in a comment on the T o I site following an article to do with the assault on Gaza then ongoing. It attracted the usual kinds of insinuations as to my mental health, which told me I was doing something right.
Some months later I wanted to comment about something they wrote, and found that I was blocked, and that’s remained.
Btw, they give the usual weaselly way of minimising an unpleasant fact, which is by starting with a low base; the war killed more than 2,100 Palestinians. Sort of true, I guess. RT more recently gave the number of Palestinians killed as 2,251.
T o I calls it a war – they would. No, it was not. It was mass murder.
