TIMES OF ISRAEL – Holding pro-Israel banners aloft, some 70,000 people assembled in the center of Calcutta on Wednesday to mark the tenth anniversary of the founding of the far-right, anti-Muslim Hindu Samhati nationalist movement.
The rally, which organizers are claiming is the “largest pro-Israel rally in history,” eclipses a similar demonstration held in 2014, which saw a reported crowd of 20,000.

even if jew news speaks the truth by some wholly unintended mistake and 70,000 actually turned out, couple of points bear noting:
• this is less than 1/2 percent of calcutta’s population,
• many of the demonstrators were bussed in from outlying slums and villages,
• any sympathy with jews is based entirely on their joint hate of islam,
• literacy rate in west bengal is around 20%, and likely even lower among the attendants so yeah, those pro-jew signs really made sense (made for tv showing, created and paid for by jews to show around the world)
