“And all the nations of the world begin to panic and are afraid, and Israel too is afraid as to how to defend from this”
With a large stock pile of missiles and a world super power behind it somehow I don’t think Israel will be afraid to defend itself.
I’m not a big fan of The Ten Commandments which I see as mainly: Do as Yahweh’s agents tell you to, or else …! But I do wish that the ordinary people of every nation in the world would take to heart Commandment No. ? Blimey I just googled The Ten Commandments to find the number – and it’s not there. Thou Shalt Not Lie is not there! I’m flabbergasted on two counts: my own ignorance (must be a trace of memory from 60-70 years ago when being force-fed dogma from the Catechism); and the omission itself. Thou shalt not need to be worthy of trust – that’s what that omission amounts to. That matters!
Regarding “Thou shalt not kill”. We all know how little respect Jews have for that Commandment – their God not only justifies killing, but glorifies it. But Christians? What excuse is there for Christians? American Christians hang your heads in shame and guilt. Australian Christians likewise. Australia is always a willing ally, no matter how vicious the war. Willing and quick.
How important is trust? Nothing is more important than trust! Nothing!
