So, in the world of Organized Crime, you have what they call ‘Gang Wars’. They ALWAYS happen from time to time, just as Capitalism as an economic system guarantees recessions, depressions, down-turns, bank-runs, etc.
Gangsters ‘solve’ their problems in Organized Crime with crude methods such as “a hit”, or a “drive-by” to take out a few Soldiers or a Capo with high capacity firearms.
In the world of politics, such actions as described above to ‘solve’ problems are RARELY done. There are few exceptions like JFK, MLK, etc.
No. These political creatures have to ‘win’ elections and having “showdowns at the OK Coral” is never a good idea. Their methods are ‘dossier files’ or ‘portfolios’ on their enemies (Hurricane Harvey, ect.). Both political and domestic. All sides have them. They are being used at a very high rate indeed, at the present time.
I am reminded of that great scene in Star Wars: A New Hope, where Obi-Wan explains to young Luke about the Light Sabre and HOW IT IS A BETTER ‘WEAPON’ OF CHOICE.
