So, if you Claim that there is no valid text, or oath — These are wrong constructions of speech!!! — These constructions defy themselves logically!! (If all texts, and all oaths are invalid, then also These bits; being invalid they cannot perform what they are meant to perform!) (many People will have difficulties to understand this at first sight!! — you can derive from These wrong constructions of speech anything that you like, all of it is logically correct…………..

You are absolutely free in all of this, and you are caught in this……..no way out except finding out that the text of the Kol Nidre defies itself logically, makes itself invalid for the reason of logics.
