Putin Fights the War Party on All Fronts

Looking at why Putin has not attacked Israel; no one, at their own discretion, attacks another nuclear power, even if themselves a vastly disproportionately overpowered nuclear power.
This is why Israel demands that Iran never have even one nuke, lest Iran be able to retaliate against Israel’s first strike, and not because Iran will, at its discretion, initiate a nuclear first strike on Israel.
Iran would not initiate a first nuclear strike, as they are not like that, and the Israelis know it.
