THE ALGEMEINER –  “If Israel conducts a cyber attack against the Iranian nuclear program are we (the U.S.) obligated to help them defend themselves against an Israel cyber attack?” senator and presidential candidate Marco Rubio (R-FL) asked Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday, Business Insider reported.

Kerry responded vaguely, saying he was confidant Israel would not launch a cyber attack without coordinating it with the U.S.

“I don’t see any way possible that we would be in conflict with Israel with respect to what we might want to do there and we just have to wait until we get until that point,” he said, which the Business Insider analyzed as “referring to a future time at which Israel believes it’s necessary to sabotage Iran’s nuclear program.”

Kerry was addressing the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, which held a four-and-a-half hour hearing over the Iran nuclear deal, with testimonies by Kerry, Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz and Secretary of the Treasury Jack Lew.

Rubio, who says he will vote to reject the Iran deal, told the Obama administration officials that the next administration will have no “legal or moral obligation” to uphold the Iran deal, reiterating GOP threats to ditch the deal and slap back sanctions if they win the White House in 2016.

  1. There is nothing I’d like more than to see this disgusting specimen slapped by none other than the Jewish lobby. Here’s my fantasy:
Reuters, 7/24. In an open letter to senator and presidential candidate Rubio published in the Washington Times, Charles Krauthammer took Rubio to task for his recent question to John Kerry. Rubio had asked Kerry what would the US do if Israel launched a cyber attack on Iran after the agreement was concluded: defend Iran against Israel?
Krauthammer scolded him with faint praise pointing out that Rubio has always been a friend of Israel but that, perhaps due to his zeal and impatience, he failed to consult with his seasoned foreign policy advisers, Shlomo and Itzhac, before launching his question.
“In these times of rising anti-semitism and an unhealthy proliferation of anti-Israel conspiracy theories, it is sad to see our friends pouring oil on fire by suggesting that Israel, America’s most trusted ally, would ever act recklessly and undertake any action that would embarrass the US.
We expect Israel’s enemies to depict Israel in this light but not our friends,” Krauthammer added.
Senator Rubin immediately scheduled interviews with CNN, Fox News, and CBS to explain that he was taken out of context and he was merely positing a “hypothetical.”
Arutz Sheva’s front page editorial reacted contemptuously: “If he needs hypotheticals he should ask for them from experts, not cobble his own.”
Rubio’s speech writer resigned from his position today stating that he needs to spend more time with his family.
His campaign manager confided to a usually reliable source that Rubio will take a break from his campaign to take a trip to Israel with his family. It is not an official visit, he stressed. Only sightseeing of touristic interest points are on the agenda: Yad Vashem, the Museum of Tolerance and a visit to the Wall.”

  2. Rubio’s teeth math the glint on the izrai-leeee flag; how fitting. What a Tool of Zion.

  3. Marco Rubio with his twisted insane mentality typical of a Jew is another one with the same depraved arrogant warmonger who does anything to please his campaign sponsors. With a man like this in power he will finish the destruction of the one time great America.
