Has President Trump’s effort to reach out to Jewish voters hit a brick wall with everyone but the Orthodox?

Trump NEVER HAD ‘the Jews’. As a group, both on the right and the left making up Judea Inc, the Jews did everything they could in trying to prevent his being elected and now, in the stinging defeat of that failed endeavor, are attempting to get him removed.

A new survey commissioned by the American Jewish Committee suggests that Trump is facing overwhelming disapproval among Jewish voters on almost all issues.
With a staggering 77% disapproval rate among Jewish voters and only 21% viewing Trump positively, the poll indicates that Jews hold a significantly worse view of the president than the ovrerall population.
The finding that Jewish Americans overwhelmingly vote Democratic and disapprove of Republican presidents comes as no surprise and is in line with a years-long trend among Jewish voters. However, it also indicates that Trump’s focus on improving relations with Israel and putting an end to tensions that existed between the U.S. administration and the Israeli government during the Obama presidency, did little to change his perception among Jewish voters.
According to the AJC poll, only 40% of American Jews approve of the way Trump is handling U.S.-Israel relations (of them 18% approve strongly and 22% somewhat approve) while 54% disapprove. While still in the negatives, this is the area where Trump performs best with Jewish Americans. Others issues tested by the AJC included terrorism, Iran’s nuclear plan, NATO, immigration, and race relations.
“What this means is that a pro-Israel agenda is necessary, but not sufficient for winning over the American Jewish community,” said Democratic pollster Mark Mellman. “Jewish Americans don’t like Donald Trump, and his stated policies on Israel aren’t enough to change their view.”
Although poll numbers vary, Hillary Clinton won about 70% of the Jewish vote in the November 2016 vote.
Republicans have seen the fraught relations between Obama and the Netanyahu government as an opening in their efforts to peel away Jewish voters, historically aligned with the Democratic Party. Trump had stressed throughout his campaign his intention to mend fences with Israel, to do away with the Iranian nuclear deal which Israel opposed, and to ease pressure on West Bank settlement building. Still, he fares worse than Obama on the question of relations with Israel. Obama, in the last year of his presidency, had 49% of Jewish Americans disapproving of the way he conducted relations with Israel, compared to 48% approving.
Trump’s relative success in gaining Jewish American’s approval when it comes to his relations with Israel, does not seem to have the impact Republicans had expected. The Israel issue cannot, the poll suggests, be leveraged to improve Trump’s overall standing with Jewish Americans.
“In my focus groups, Jews do recognize and appreciate the more constructive relationship the administration has had with Israel,” said Republican pollster Frank Luntz. “But they are still more likely to be partisan Democrats than the population overall, so I’m not surprised at the results.” Asked if this means being pro-Israel would never be enough for Trump to win over Jewish voters, Luntz replied “correct.”
While the idea of focusing on Israel as a way to reach Jewish voters did not pan out, the AJC survey may indicate that Republicans were right to bet on Orthodox Jews as their main base of support in the Jewish community.
Any concept that he ever had general Jewish support is fabrication. Everyday Jews with that Dem slant and the Jewish disease of liberalism would hate such a man who does not kowtow to their wishes and demands.
But this article of course gives the impression that this ‘prize’, once held, has now slipped from Trump’s fingers and his demise is imminent.
How they play with words, their casting of spells needs no “abracadabra”; they are woven throughout everything they touch and own. Especially their media.
Trump has a ‘staggering 77% disapproval ‘ which is vastly different to the staggering 82% disapproval before he was elected.
Put another way, Trump has improved his popularity with Jewish voters by a staggering 28%!

Of course, it’s all a question of style. The hair-do. The fact that he’s ‘white’. He’s male. ‘Goy’. Apparently heterosexual. And seemingly his own man. Plus the fact that he’s a focus for the inevitable backlash against Jew ‘liberalism’.

Ah yes, the good old American taxpayer, once again sacrificing his blood and treasure for the SLC at the bottom of the Mediterranean with the fourth largest military machine in the world. What have them Jewish ingrates got to complain about fer chrissakes?!
Have you considered the possibility that the enmity of Jews towards Trump might be engineered, tying up his misguidef American nationalist supporters in knots. All the goodies go to Jews, financial policy, foreign policy, everything detailed by Petras in his recent article. And the crumbs primised to American nationalists on immigration suddenly get surrendered as well. He gives in on DACA and the wall. Ann Coulter put it well. “Put a fork in Trump. He’s dead.”

ed note–of course we considered it, but in the final analysis, it did not/does not hold much water, because they–the Jews–simply don’t need to go to such lengths, for the simple reason that the basis for such a maneuver on their part would be that an overwhelming number of Americans had somehow developed both an awareness and/or enmity of the Jews and their hold over the American political system, and neither this awareness nor enmity is there. The Americans are blissfully unaware and LOVE the Jews so there is no reason for them to engage in such a charade.
What we are supposed to think, that Judea, Inc looks at this website and says ‘UH OH, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE BEGINNING TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT. WE BETTER DO SOMETHING TO CONFUSE THEM’.

No They don’t like him because they don’t like him. Sometimes things just are what they are, an understanding of nuance that unfortunately escapes the average ‘truther’ who is all gas pedal and no brakes when it comes to ‘theories’ they conjure up in explaining modern day political events.
And as far as the ‘hope’ that you mentioned, you obviously have not been paying much attention to the commentary that takes place here, since, as we have said somewhere between a million and a billion times, Trump’s plans for saving this ship of state are doomed to failure because the Jews are too deeply entrenched and too powerful and are not going to sit by and just watch as thousands of years of meticulous planning go up in smoke.
Dear Editor: I must (sadly) agree with you. I have often tried to get the average person to start to understand the dire circumstances in which we find ourselves. But hinting at the Jews, or stating the word Jew outright is akin to touching the third rail. People will usually tune out, get defensive, make excuses, or run. It is nearly impossible to engage people in a rational conversation about the power Jews wield, especially here in ‘Murica. I think the only hope we might have is a reverse June 8, 1967 on them. It would have to be quick, brutal, all encompassing, and definitive.
Who’s going to do it? YOU Lt. Weinberg?
