Here in the ‘good ole’ USSA, the stirrings of a new and much different reality are being felt. Like the birth pains a mother feels before the newborn is introduced to its world. BRICS is the catalyst for that very event. Now that President Putin of Russia has made his many moves on the ‘Grand Chessboard’ the opposition ala Wall $treet/ Goldman $ach$ i.e. Organized jewry based in the City of London desperately shuffle about and scratching their collective sweaty brows. Their ‘Syria Exercise’ which actually began in 2011 has been; a bust. Their moves in the Ukraine via the jewess Nudleman and her pawns Neo Bolshevik ‘leaders’ Kolimoisky and ‘Porky’ Poroshenko, are also proving ineffective. The many Sanctions placed against Russia in a futile if not foolish move to stop the Ruble and Gasprom have only fizzled. Even in Asia where their operatives are waging a losing battle in Burma on the China border using a proxy terrorist group, the 969 Bhuddist thugs against Muslims there will fail. As more people learn of this vile act meant to destabilize China and cause more social unrest there, the world will revolt against it. Then there’s the ongoing saga in Iraq with the failed proxy ISIS/ISIL debauchery. The U.S. Military is sending in its forces NOT to stop them but to covertly aid in the death, destruction and intentional splitting up into three regions ‘they’ plan to make it more ‘managable’ for this jewish run lot of $cammer$. FAIL, FAIL, & FAIL!

The Global Ruling Money Gangsters are destined to failure. The oil prices fall down for every one and every one who sell oil will be affected including the US oil companies, the Gulf States. If they are bringing the oil price in order to harm BRICS its going to backfire on the aggressors.
The article is a bit misleading.
It says, “Over 50% of Russia’s budget comes from revenue from oil and gas. Every $10 drop in the price of a barrel of oil means Russia losing up to $14.6 billion a year. This may be offset somewhat by the weakening of the ruble – more than 25% against the US dollar since early 2014. And Russia of course still has around $450 billion in reserves. Still, Russia’s economy may grow by just 0.5 to 2% in 2015.”

I presume the article means the Russian government’s budget. The revenue that comes from oil and gas is only in foreign currency. As for domestic currency (the rouble) Russia depends on no one and nothing. Russia is Monetarily Sovereign, meaning it can create as many roubles as it likes, simply by using a computer keyboard to credit bank accounts.
Russia needs foreign currency in order to buy imports, because the rouble is not widely accepted outside of Russia. The Russian government does not need foreign currency to run its domestic operations.
The “weakening of the rouble” on the forex market is rather irrelevant, since the rouble is not widely accepted outside Russia anyway.
Oh, and speaking of the BRICS nations, Brazil is constructing a $185 million undersea fiber-optic cable to Portugal in order to avoid US surveillance. The 3,500-mile long cable will be built without the help of any U.S. companies, and will be finished by 2016.
US submarines will have to physically tap into the Brazilian cable on the seabed, as the US did to the Soviets during the Cold War.
Special submarines will be needed, since the average depth of the Atlantic Ocean is about 11,000 feet.
BRICS riding to dominance would appear to be great. I just hope the elite Jews don’t swoop or creep in and get their piss stains all over it like they do everything else. They’ve made a lot of in roads into India and China.
