You Want War? Russia is Ready for War

If true this would represent a significant reversal and a step back from doing something really stupid, like imposing a No Fly Zone, which means shooting down Russian bombers!
The four provisions agreed to by Kerry, Levrov and Putin are:
1. Assad may be able to stick around (he did win a legitimate election in March 2014)
2. US is recalling F-16’s to Turkey- thee are not ground support fighter bombers, but only fit for air to air combat
3. Turkey is ordered to remove its advisors from Iraq (the Iraqi government has requested this, but Erdogan refused!)
4. The US and Russia will introuduce a UN Security Council Resolution to cut off ISIS funding sources.
A good start, if our Regime can be trusted by anybody.
