“This pardon leads us to question where President Trump stands on the rule of law.”

ed note–Remember, it is the ‘rule of law’ that the President has the LEGAL AND LAWFUL power to pardon anyone. Keep in mind as well that if convicted spy Jonathon Pollard and his fat ass were still rotting in prison where they belong and Trump decided to pardon him (despite the fact that that Pollard’s treason and espionage for Israel’s benefit left in its wake 1,000 dead and did more to damage America’s national security than any other act of treason) there would be NO screeching of words such as ‘SHAMEFUL’ or INEXCUSABLE’ and certainly would be no questioning of Trump’s stance on the ‘rule of law’.

American Jewish organizations strongly condemned President Donald Trump’s pardon of Sheriff Joe Arpaio last week, calling the decision “shameful” and “inexcusable”.

The self-proclaimed “toughest sheriff in America” was found guilty last month of criminal contempt for unlawfully targeting Latino undocumented immigrants and humiliating them.

Arpaio, who served for 24 years as a sheriff in Maricopa County, Arizona, disregarded a 2011 federal judge order demanding that he cease racially profiling, arresting and jailing them at the Tent City jail, which he boastfully compared to a concentration camp. He reinstated chain gangs, made inmates wear uniforms that were pink or old-fashioned black and white stripes and forbade them coffee, salt and pepper.

The Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said the pardon “defies explanation and flies in the face of American values.”

“We stand today with the Latino community, who have been the primary targets of Arpaio’s bigotry and feel the president’s decision to pardon him particularly acutely,” he said in a statement. “This pardon leads us to question where President Trump stands on the rule of law.”

Letting Arpaio get away with his crime, he added, sets “a very dangerous precedent” and could foster divisions in the country at a time when it needs healing.

“No doubt anti-immigrant extremists will celebrate this decision, but it is a sad day for Americans who care about justice, equality and strengthening our social fabric,” Greenblatt added. The ADL has been exposing Joe Arpaio’s anti-immigrant tactics for years. In 2012, the organization released a report naming him a key player in the anti-immigration movement in Arizona.

“No person in this country is above the law,” Greenblatt said. “The president’s decision to pardon him is inexcusable.”

The American Jewish Committee too spoke out after the announcement of the pardon AJC deplored the presidential pardon of former Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio.

“President Trump’s pardon of Sheriff Arpaio is shameful,” AJC CEO David Harris said. “It undermines our judicial system and, ignoring the rule of law, endorses the egregious maltreatment and racial profiling of individuals in our country.”

Trump’s pardon of Arpaio came in advance of sentencing. The sheriff, who lost reelection last November, had been scheduled to be sentenced on October 5th 2017 and faced a fine and maximum sentence of six months in jail.

  1. now trump should put sheriff arapaio in charge of screening the 1 million jews crowding in from israel, chain gangs cleaning ft lauderdale beaches, picking worms on golf greens, clearing roadside rubbish, pink yarmulkes … arbeit macht frei once they pay off the rebuilding of what they destroyed in palestine.

What’s he to do with thousands of illegals in workplaces who are there on the basis of forged and stolen identities? Send them to Israel?

@ADL_National, you realise your Jonathan Pollard caused by his act of treason the deaths of 1,000 people, and severe damage to US security?

  4. MG-this might be one my more convoluted posts but I was just thinking out of the box and a thought occurred to me. Supposing Trump did pardon Pollard. How bad could that really be? If that might wake more of the sheeple to the control israel has on our government and how damaging this is to the average sheeple?Does Pollard still have that many secrets waiting to be exposed after all these years? The one thing that seems to still upset our clueless countrymen is treason. This time the treason is out there for all to see by one of the tribe. And it might really upset the deep state and divide it. Just a thought.

  5. I just wanted to add to my previous post that what I meant was if Trump allowed Pollard to leave the country.I do realize he’s walking the streets of NY,but I also know israel wants him back home.

What Harris means by the word “shameful” in this context is infuriating for us Jews who need to have someone like Arpaio to use as a battering ram in our divide and conquer modus operandi. And by “rule of law” Harris means the Jewish rule of Law, which is one law for Jews and another for Gentiles.
As for Jonathan Pollard, here’s a link to the NYTimes piece on the day he was paroled and walked out of prison. Pollard is supposed to stay in the U.S. for 5 years from the date of his parole as part of the bargain for being granted parole. According to the article, for years the Jews disavowed him (just like the Jews pretended what they did to the USS LIBERTY was an “accident”). Then, in 1995, they granted him Israeli citizenship. I’m sure they knew all along that, at some point, they’d be able to call in enough favors, or threaten or coerce the right members of the parole board to let him out.

  7. Aw, how warm and cuddly gran and gramps. Jonathan Pollard and sweet little old Mrs. Pollard. You can just see the love and kindness emanating from their faces. 😂

  8. As if parole will prevent Pollard from illicit activities in terms of sharing information with his peers! It is criminal that he is out from behind bars but surely Nuttyahoo is pleased? Rolls eyes, a lot of sarcasm in these comments; it is contagious.
Regarding Arpaio, he has long been detested by the liberal ones; Trump can never do anything to please those same yidiots anyhow! No matter what he does, they will yell and scream ~ speculating how he does it, when he does it, and then they raise the “victim” to hero status in order to feed their own exploding madness and hubris.
