Ed-note (Sabba) – Not sure at all whether this true or if it is a ‘rabbi whatcha doin’ scenario. My Spanish is very rusty but I believe Palestine is ‘Palestina’ in the language of Cervantes, not Palestinia. Unless Spanish speaking Latin Americans spell some words differently from Castillan Spanish, as is sometimes the case with English English and American English?

“Palestina” is Spanish for Palestine. A native Spanish-speaker would never say, “Palestinia.” However, due to “inter-language interference,” someone who speaks English, but trying to speak or sound like he speaks Spanish, would more than likely say, “Palestinia” because it’s a mushing together of “Palestinian” and “Palestina.” (I’ve experienced this problem myself, firsthand, while speaking both Spanish and Portuguese.) Now, the Spanish-speaker could have messed up because he was trying to say, in English, Palestinian, and mixed it with Palestine,” I’m not sure if I’m explaining myself correctly. I’m thinking 60/40, it was a the Jew, not the civil servant. The orthography, though, does look Argentine (to me; yes, this may sound, weird, but I do notice things l like that). But, really, who knows? There are a lot of Jews in Argentina with dual citizenship. Walking around in barrio norte, you’ll run into hassdim just like in NY, dressed like vampires in their wide-brimmed hats, with their beards and side curls. No native Spanish-speaker, in my opinion, is going to say, “VIva Palestinia.” Would you, as an American, say, “LONG LIVE BRITAINIA!” or “LONG LIVE AMERCANIA!” by even accident? It’s just not a mistake a native would make (in my opinion). Sorry for the bloated comment.
Here’s something I noticed about the picture: Count the numbers of hairs on the scrotum. How many are there? 6. And: look at their placement. Like the so-called “Star of David.” I think the “six hairs” are a dead giveaway that it was Jew who drew it.

The “typo” looks quite fishy to me as the education level of Argentinians is relatively high. As a native speaker of Castilian, it’s very hard for me to believe that an Argentinian customs officer would misspell Palestina as Palestinia. It just doesn’t make sense.
Palestine is written “Palestina” in all Spanish speaking countries. Jews in South America have a very long history of faking “Anti-Semitism”, attacking their own cemeteries, making false allegations to the authorities and press, distributing anti-Jewish fliers or painting swastika everywhere. Many times the police have caught Jews red handed doing all this things.
