NEW YORK – Well-known US criminal defense lawyer Alan Dershowitz has filed a sworn statement denying he had sex with an underage girl on financier Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane and island.
Dershowitz filed the statement in Florida federal court on Monday night along with a motion to intervene in a lawsuit brought against the US government by Dershowitz’s accuser and other women who say Epstein sexually abused them. The women say the government’s plea deal with Epstein, which allowed him to serve jail time on state charges but avoid federal prosecution, violated their rights.

When you factor in the many sex crimes that are highlighted in the media and multiply it by the amount that is not mentioned (or got away with it) along with the accumulated years.of offense……they must be swimming in rot so here is a good prediction one day they will either all succumb to the rot or they will behead the fiends.

Not only is Dante correct, as evidenced by “The kol nidre”, but what else did all of us expect “Dr.” Dershowitz to do in-the-face of these most serious of allegations? I am convinced that the truth will be discovered, and all that we have to do is give it time, as the discovery-process in a court-of-law is almost always the most important aspect of the case, regardless of what the final outcome is.

Dershowitz is a minor distraction in this court proceeding against the United States. If Jane Doe #3’s allegations are mostly true, then the threat of corruption in various governments, including the US Congress, is high through the use of blackmail via sex by foreign intelligence agents.
The jewel in this scandal is the potential for widespread corruption and foreign intelligence infiltration. Notice how the media emphasizes sex and not the potential for widespread corruption within our government. Any foreign intelligence affiliation between Maxwell or Epstein is never mentioned.

Invoking the Fifth may be used in the case of self incrimination. A competent prosecutor would have granted witness immunity from prosecution thereby compelling the witnesses to testify. Judges are usually very willing to accommodate witnesses in order to facilitate the course of Justice. USUALLY. Judges aren’t stupid and know what each move (outside court) or motion is intended to produce or suppress.

The Jury will have to decide which side to believe, after looking at the evidence. His sworn statement is not worth much, as every sexual predator can do the same and get away with anything and everything if that is all it takes.
