A Jewish man from Borough Park, Brooklyn has been arrested and charged with attempted luring of teenage boys, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and disseminating indecent material to a minor.
28-year-old Moses Braunstein was arrested after he told teenage boys he could show them how to make their genitalia larger, News 12 reported.
Braunstein, who has been released from custody, reportedly set up appointments with the boys he spoke with.
The police investigation is reportedly ongoing.
