People see what they want to see….. I do understand the underlying sentiment of many folks in this struggle, but idiocy cannot be ignored. Jumping to conclusions taken to a new high.
I can`t understand why muslim women, especially from Arab countries, go to Europe or America if they are not prepared to blend with thre local population. If they have to flee their country why not go to Saudi Arabia?
Knee jerk bigotry at its best! From the free-dumb folks. I think that they will singularly dismantle their own principles of freedom just to have a go at Islam :-). Very few ladies wear the face veil in the Muslim world much less the non Muslim world hence this whole argument, is punitive,
Having said that an adult woman who wished to wear this is entitled to wear it or are we only free to be immoral.
Soon they will disallow the head veil and even Mary peace be upon Her (who is our role model) will not be allowed in those countries! Disbelief always attacks its own values in its fight to contain Islam.
