Torture should be re-defined as “what you shouldn’t do unto others because you wouldn’t want them done to you!”
Immediately after promulgating the re-definition — let’s unleash all CIA techniques ON this Dick (and all his Padres), PUBLICLY (and on live TV) … esp. the rectal hydration (and rename it as the “Cheney-Rectification Maneuver”) … and all through these solemn calibration procedures, we keep asking him, every step of the way : “Does it hurt? Is that torture? No? Yes?” … and so on and so forth!

Because if he concedes that it is torture, then at the ICC he will be reminded of that admission when it is proven he gave the order to torture.

Not sure the US will prosecute because it will reveal who is pulling the POTUS and Congress strings. With that said, other entities WILL prosecute.
Dick Cheney, along with others, has already been convicted of conspiracy to commit war crimes, specifically torture during the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission. Remember, two jets Malay passenger jets have been downed with all passengers killed within the past year with one shot down over Ukraine and the other lost near Thailand?
Cheney also does not believe in heliocentricity either. He contends that it is cheneyocentric!
This man is responsible for the deaths of thousands along with his good buddy Kissinger.

And I’m still as humble a person as I can be (because one cannot see past AntiChrist Dajjal’s lies and deceptions without humility in the heart). And so, I had the obvious self-consciousness of someone who joined the discussion only recently… that’s why I asked.
