Christmas, for all of its flaws, still strikes me as being a model celebration for all peoples of open mind who simply love…. and want to share that love with all.
There is one photo in this article of the old woman with the tree that made me weep from its simplicity…
Meanwhile, back in Lebanon, the fine men of Hezbollah can know that Christians around the world thank them for their dedication …. in Syria. Their gift to the world, the freeing of Aleppo, is beyond price….
I know that is a little stretch from Christmas in Iran, but it had to be said. Truly good Muslims are responsible for much of the elusive happiness now felt in parts of the besieged Middle East.
