Well duh; come on, of course they (the West & Israel) will allow ‘terrorist’ groups operate as long as it serves their interests. If they do not serve any interests well, they can be disposed of. This is not really blowing the lid off of anything is it?
Think about it, nearly all the World knows the West & Israel had supported and defended known, heavy handed dictators and eventually has thrown nearly all of em under the bus. All thru history anarchists, Communists, Capitalists, revolutionaries, and ‘terrorists’ have been brought to life by the “West”.
The Jews created Islamic Fundamentalist Groups to take down the defacto, National Socialists nations of the Middle East. It worked. In addition,it creates constant chaos,and instabilty, which the Jews thrive on. Look at US Politics. The activation of Zio-Christain ,Evangelicals politically,and organizing them in the Republican Party,along with their Tea Party cousins, have created political instability in the US System.
