LOL! If he’d been planning an attack on a Synagogue or in the diamond district of NYC, this dude would never see the light of day again! Gimme a break! I’m sure people have done prison time for much lesser conspiracies. I have faith that despite this Judge’s ruling, the prosecutors will find a way. They’re prosecutors! Was the Judge a Jew? This is quite the double standard.
Collier (the Judge’s name) is a sometimes Jewish name, like other English surnames have become, like Miller or Stone. This Judge could be a crypto-Jew.
