If I know a product is made in Israel I don’t purchase it. The Israeli bar code begins with 729.
Don’t rely solely on the bar code. Check both the bar code and the country of origin. Israeli products are being sold by other countries with a bar code other than 729. If the packaging states “made in Israel” and/or the bar code begins with 729, try to avoid it.
