Mr. Nisman had been under the protection of a 10-man security detail provided by the Federal Police, but they were only with Nisman when he was in public.
A Mossad hit man could easily have gained entrance to Nisman’s 13th-floor apartment, and could even have made an appointment with Nisman, identifying himself as an agent of the Israeli government.
An autopsy will show that Nisman’s hand does indeed have gunpowder residue, thereby “proving” that is was “suicide.”
As an added touch, the killer/s locked the door from the inside, and left the door key in the keyhole. (If you decided to commit suicide, would you leave your door key in the keyhole? No.)
The prosecutor who has been assigned to investigate Mr. Nisman’s death, Viviana Fein, said there were no witnesses and no suicide note. Nothing in the apartment had been disturbed.
No media outlet has made any mention of whether Nisman had owned a .22 gun. It seems to me that a paper trail would exist somewhere.

Imagine a court, where there is no such thing as perjury, so all the witnesses make up fairy tales based on their own bias, and where the accused are diverse, unrelated, and all being convicted based on scurrilous character assassination, without a shred of evidence. It’s a good thing that none of you have anything to do with deciding what true justice is, because things are terrible enough already.
This case is 21 years old, it should probably only be solved for the sake of curiosity.

@ Human Melody 1: A lot of buildings do not have a 13th floor, since the number 13 is considered unlucky.
Some countries (e.g. Canada) have no road, route, or highway designated ’13’ for the same reason.

Yes, I was referring to Hagee but the church today has regressed to those who can only drink milk of the word of God (Hebrews 5:12, 13). This regression took a hundred years but that is where we are in the church today. We are told to quit drinking milk and eat meat. They can’t do that anymore and this is where they are stuck.
A baby drinks milk and you would not a baby behind the wheel of a car. He has to grow and learn, study before he sits behind that car. The church today can’t do that and doesn’t want to do that. They have lost their way. We are to come as a child but we are to grow and understand that meat of scripture. The bible calls this seeing through a glass darkly (1 Corinthians 13:12). It is layer upon layer of putting scriptures seen through the literal to the higher meaning that is spiritual. Isaiah 28:10/Philippians 2:5.
A few days ago I turned on the TV only to catch the last part of a program where one person was telling a Jew that he was quite worried that many are not putting the scriptures as literal and we must keep the literal understanding. This told me that the Jews are worried their hard core literal is being taken away from them and they don’t want this.
The church has forgot that Jesus spoke in parables and metaphors. He brought the understanding of scriptures to a different level of meaning. The church is being led by the babes of our day when they can’t even interpret the hard saying of the scriptures. If they did they would see that they are the ones it is speaking to and they will be greatly ashamed. Like the priest of Jesus day they aren’t going without a fight. This is the battle of Armageddon…Revelation 16:16.
