Three years probation means his license is suspended for the duration, whereafter he is free to re offend, if any hospital would employ him, and it won’t. Private practice solo, I guess.

Since medicine is run by Jews, this piece of filth will have no trouble getting a job. it would be naive to think otherwise.
As someone with 40+ years experience in medicine, I can tell you that Jew doctors routinely molest patients and get away with it.
The two Jewish doctors I had both asked me if I wanted an abortion the moment I found I was preggers. The second one let me almost die under her watch through lies and malpractice. Fortunately my sister in law got me in with another Jewish doctor and he saved my life within a week of our first visit. Now my doctor is a delightful Chinese Canadian and a very close old family friend.
When I was in my 20’s I had a Jewish chiropractor who changed my life, very seriously. He went on to become a herbalist for the rich and famous in Hollywood. However, he DID try with me, I said, “I am here for healing, not sex” and he backed off. I said, “I know you screwed (name) and I am not interested.’ He never tried again. Thing is… I would STILL go to him for healing if I could, but I remember not even wanting to cross the street to say hello when I saw him in public.
As for this Jew it takes some kind of nerve (I REFUSE TO SAY CHUTZPAH as part of my ongoing struggle to de-judaicize the English language.) to do these things in an ER? You can bet the danger was a major part of the thrill. This sicko will be back some day.
He should be struck off and prevented from ever practicing again.
