  1. I gradually stopped eating meat starting 8 years ago.
My health ,appearance attitude improved greatly.
Every time I jumped the vegetarian wagon I got sick.

Technically I’m a peskaterian as I eat fish ..salmon mostly.
    I do eat eggs/ cheese.
As a boy I knew a wise old man,who only ate fish ,fruit ,vegetables.
He loved to be an active 97!

Meat eating gets more disgusting to me,as I move on.
Ugly, cruel, unnecessary disgusting…..the results are in the me and it works.

    Thank you Ken O Keefe.

  2. Love Ken O Keefe and what he is saying, in some ways I agree but I also disagree in certain things. It really depends on perspective.

Morals is a personal choice, if animal slaughter in any form is evil then you should not eat meat, but if your choice is that eating meat is permissible as long as the animal is not needlessly slaughtered then you can eat meat

Science: Many people feel better when they become vegetarians because they stop eating factory farmed toxic meat and develop healthier habits including eating more greens. But eating organic, pasture raised animals can also be very healthy and for most humans is actually a necessary source of certain nutrients that are impossible to attain from plant sources

There are also many people that become worse on a veg diet, so the reaction varies because every human is genetically and metabolically unique.

  3. I do understand Sabba that I dont fall into the ” vegan ” category ..I’m very tall, and into fitness .
I do need heavy protein for energy
Bit by bit though I moved to the vegetarian ….perhaps my journey will taken me to veganism down the road.
It seems as though it’s coming !

Everyone in history I admire did not consume meat.
I will,or cannot ever go back ,even if desired.
Red meat , chicken ,pork etc is OUT for good.
Everyone I know heavily into the ” normal diet” is sick. Or DEAD !

  4. I gave up meat long time ago myself for spiritual believes. I am not religious but we don’t kill animals to eat. They told me that I was going to get sick because I need the protein, I have been like this for several years and I am still alive. I cook many other things with better flavor without using meat. Thank God.

  5. So when a animal kills another animal its ok it’s not torture, but when we do it is. I like Ken but this is just pure simple bullshit i don’t care about what you eat or what ever you believe in as i think it is a conspiracy to destroy want is we do naturally as we have done for thousands of years .No matter how you do it taking a life weather its humanly or you kill it another way you still took it’s life .Life is harsh thats they way the world works, you can’t tell a shark, tiger etc. not to kill and if you do do it humanly.Vegans and all this others are like feminist ,gays ,they are over the top and its all about me me and me,your logic is delusional and about your utopian dream world where we all including animals hold hands and sing songs around the fire.Like I said I don’t care or judge you for what you eat and don’t judge me.I am one of those who likes meat and i don’t care about them as much they are food supply that we have its that simple it’s that we just have a bit easier than our fore bearers had.Plus it doesn’t mean we should treat them bad which I agree .This has nothing to do with whats going on please don’t post this stuff ,this just imposing your personal view.

  6. The bottom line is this: A vegetarian diet that includes foods such as raw milk and eggs is not problematic and can, in fact, be a very healthy diet. But a vegan diet, a diet that excludes all foods of animal origin, can be extremely problematic for a great many people and can cause significant harm to human health, especially over the long term.

  7. Michael.. Ken O’s issue isn’t about health but about the morality of eating animals. Where do you draw the line? Every vegetable we eat we kill. Don’t tomatoes have feelings too? How do we stop the lion from killing the gazelle? Isn’t that immoral to allow that to continue? Oh those poor carrots we so brutally murder and then we torture them by juicing them. Of the horrors of it all.
