Now I wonder what Christians the Jews are reacting against? IS it Palestinain Arab Christians who have been there for 2,000 years or is some Evangelical group or Messianic Jewish group that uses rather blunt in your face tactics to convert Jews. Many Evangelicals are against converting Jews other are not. The older Christian communities such as Orthodox, Catholics, Armenains etc do not proselytize. That is one reason a country like Iran has no problem with their Armenian and Syrian minorities. But Evangelicals who want to convert Muslims – there is the problem. In Sunni Muslim countries (especially Wahhabi countries) you’re screwed whether to evangelize or not. So I would actually look into the denomination the Jews are focused on.
