As believers in a power higher than ourselves, we humbly ask that you please keep in your thoughts and prayers little Zainab, the niece of our dear sister Afraa Dagher who writes and appears regularly here on this website, who is undergoing surgery right now on her kidneys in war-torn Syria and who has been dangerously ill for sometime.
Update–I spoke with Afraa a short time ago and she told me the surgery was a success and Zainab will be fine. Afraa asked me to express to everyone her appreciation for our prayers and concerns.
I wish Zainab a speedy and full recovery. My thoughts are with her and her family.
I wish Zainab a speedy and full recovery.
Thanks for the update. Seeing a child hurting brings me to the core of my being as a man and human being. When I see the sight of a little girl bleeding the opening pages here on TUT, I think of my two girls.
How can a man or anyone turn their backs on a child? That is the question my mother asked when briefly caring for the survivor of an attempted murder. My friend, Mel, was a friend of mine whose family was murdered and the survivor was a little girl. The little girl was quickly becoming attached to my family, but we thought it best to return her to her father.
Yes, will lift her up for healing in prayer.
