What I don’t understand is Israel. They are directly responsible along with the US for this mass of refugees. Surely as the most compassionate democratic country in the region Israel should be accepting at some of the refugees.
“The only way to reverse the refugee flow streaming into Europe is to help people resolve problems at home.”
Pretty solid advice from a realistic man, but something Israel will never heed as it thrives on the chaos of war.
“Expected”? More like planned and caused.
