Most people are too stupid to know that “Allah” is merely the Arabic word for “God.” Every language has its own word for God. Christians are the dumbest of the dumb.

I am not sure if this man is stupid, brainwashed or something else?…. I am sure by now almost every high school teenager knows that there is no difference between God & Allah… Everybody knows that God in every country and language is pronounced different.
This man should know that “Allah” in Islam is the same “God” that Jesus & Moses believed,… which means the same God that we all believe…. I cannot believe how some people could be so stupid to believe and follow this man’s teachings…. It is shame…
It’s quite interesting that when he spoke of the God that the Cathedral was built to honor and worship, it wasn’t “the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ”, or even “the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob”; it was “the God Who made America great”! 😆 I wonder where he found THAT in his Bible! Did the Jewish prophets worship “the God who made America great”? Did Jesus Christ talk about “the God who made America great”? Or did the apostle Paul write about that “God”?
Certainly those famous Deist ‘founding fathers’ did not have much respect for the Jewish (or “Christian”) “God”. Was it the Deist God who made America great, oh most wise ‘Reverend’ Fischer? Was it the Deist God which the Cathedral was built to honor? But the “Deist God” apparently did not find “Allah” objectionable! (Look up the “Treaty of Peace and Friendship between The United States and the Bey and Subjects of Tripoli of Barbary”).

Yet as you well know this is a materialist worldview which differs in goals and ends from a spiritual worldview.
Pharaoh had that biggest mansion and the most wealth and yet he is considered to be one of the biggest losers and Prophet Abraham peace be upon Him was at a time homeless and he is considered one of the most successful servants of God.
This man is setting up his nation for deep demoralization once the economic difficulties come, he would of more use to his people if he ceased his saber rattling and preached the non interventionist policies of the founders. Teach your people to fast alternate days as Prophet Daud/David (Peace be Upon Him) did, this is considered the best fast to emulate OR fasting 2 days a week or even one in a while give the digestive system a break from overeating….:).

This passage refers to the flatulent passing of gas in musical fashion from the bowels of a prophet. Could this represent a rare instance of humor in the Bible?

Although the unsanitary practice of urinating on walls might have caused serious erosion of the mud walls, bringing evil appears excessive punishment for such a minor offense.
Note, the word ‘pisseth’ translates from the Hebrew word ‘shathan’ [shaw-than’] which means to make water, i.e. urinate, or piss.

@ MJ – Perhaps “Rabbi” should have been put in quotation marks to indicate sarcasm. In reality, Bryan Fischer is a ‘fundamentalist’ Christian and Pastor (or at least former Pastor). The editor who posted this article apparently intended to be a bit sarcastic and derisive since Bryan Fischer is so staunchly pro-“Israel” and believes that the Jews are “still” God’s chosen “earthly” people. (He holds a degree in Theology from the Dallas Theological Seminary, a Dispensationalist Christian seminary).

In the rest of the Psalm is seen that this is for retribution for what Babylon had done to its captives. That the ones who would bring this retribution will be considered blessed. The writer is not the one carrying out the retribution, he’s the captive.
Deuteronomy 25:11-12 This doesn’t necessarily mean her husbands life was threatened or she was saving him from death. But this was a commandment to prohibit woman from grabbing men by the balls. Why? I really don’t know! Probably for posterity sake. Also. it doesn’t say this is self-defense, seeing that her husband might have provoked the fight.

In the OT, bowels usually refers to the emotions, especially in prophetic and/or poetic literature. The NASB translates it as heart not bowels trying to interpret rather than translate the Hebrew word Me’ah which means abdomen, inward parts, bowels, belly.
“pisseth against the wall” I really hope your just being sarcastic here, hopefully in both your posts. Pissing against a wall is not why they are being “cutoff.” It is another way of saying male! Why this is used I don’t know and it matters little to none!

Inspiration? I think we have different ideas of Inspiration. If by “inspiration” you mean the act of Yahweh (God is not the Almighty’s name no more than my name is person) controlling the recording of events either Historical or prophetical exactly as they happened or would happen, then we agree.
Allah means the God. Yahweh means I am, I exist. Yahweh does not mean Allah nor does Allah mean Yahweh. The deity of the Bible NEVER says His name is GOD! When Yahweh spoke to Moses, He affirmed that He was the same deity of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob and that His name was YHWH!
BTW. This Bryan Fischer makes me sick and is a disgrace to Christianity. Not Christianity the institution or Christianity the religion, but Christianity as it refers to those who follow Yeshua the Messiah.
Like most neo-evangelists, this pastor is extremely shallow even in his own religion! The Bible has been translated in many languages including Arabic. And Arab Christians who read their Arabic Bibles know that their God is ALLAH.
